1. Owner was precise, helpful and prompt in his communications. 2. The location is ideal - market, ADO bus terminus, taxi stand. 3. Big room - comfortable with a nice kitchen, fridge, coffee maker. 4. Filtered Water dispenser near the reception.

1. Strong musty smell. 2. AC capacity inadequate for the room size. Fan is far away from the bed - needs relocation. 3. Caretaker would only be found/available after you messaged the owner. 4. Room needs an electric kettle and/or microwave. 5. Locks & safe needs upgrades. Curtains need a light blocking layer and one extra set - as only two curtains don't cover the door adequately.

Great location, nice people, checkin in the night without any problem.

The room is big and has everything you need in the kitchen. The place is 5/7min walking from the bus station.

Not having a door for the bathroom/toilet

Only two minor things: The damp smell, which was worse than other place we've been to, but we got used to it. And no doors between the bathroom and the bedroom

Liz and Gary were extremely welcoming and friendly, the place was easy to find and clean.

Spacious, well-kept, clean apartment in great location with good facilities. Very safe, gated complex with small pool.

Beds could have been more robust. Very rickety and noisy when you turn over. Coffee machine provided without coffee. Coffee and teabags would have been a nice touch.
