"Very good"

Spacious room with good aircon, very clean and the staff were lovely. The beds weren't the most comfortable but overall very good stay. Great location and excellent value. Would highly recommend.

The location was 5 minutes from the Tulum Centro bus station and 2 blocks from the main street. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe walking around the area during the day and also felt safe walking around at night. Room was an excellent size. Kitchen was well stocked. Gary and Miguel very friendly.

"Great choice in Tulum!!!"

The amenities were more than enough, spacious, comfortable and the location is just 3 blocks away from the main avenue. You will feel like home. The host is always responsive and if you're lucky enough he or she might give you a personal tour of where you're staying.

What I didn't like is that I couldn't stay there longer.

"Absolute gem in Tulum"

Everything! Character size of room..value for money. Great kitchen. Storage space, hooks for clothes and towels coffee machine and coffee. Drinking water. Pool. Toiletries. Advice before and after check-in from Gary. Lots of local taquerias..you CAN eat cheap in Tulum! Laundry nearby. Perfect. Yes there's some construction nearby but NOTHING compared to the work happening in the hotel zone. Tip...take the collectivo to La Eufemia....free beach access/buy a drink and use beds all day. Use beach further along with your own picnic and buy a beer on way home. Very reasonable prices. No cover fee. Best stay in Latin america in 5 months.

Not much! Far end of strip from hotel zone road but only 10 mins walk to collectivo to take you there...not a problem.

"Nice apartments in Tulum central"

Great location for Tulum central. Lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. A few minutes from the ADO bus station and the colectivo stations. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Helpful owner, good communications and information. Miguel (on-site staff) immediately sorted out a minor problem in the flat and pointed us in the direction of the right colectivos.
