Large House Near Anfield & Liverpool Town

The place is very clean which is something I can really appreciate. The bed has been made nicely and the owner gave me clear instructions on how to enter the property.

Room D, the singles room, is located directly above the front door entrance. The walls are thin. There is a tv but no connection to tv channels (you can only login to your own streaming service). The noise disturbance caused by other guests could be a reason for me not to book the property next time. Shame. Not that the owner can do anything about this but if you’re unlucky (like me) you have other guests making a lot of noise. For me, the Punjabi family next door was making curry at 23:00 so the entire house smells like spices and curry. They speak loud, have the phone on speaker at 23:30 and the same repeats itself at 05:45.

Room was clean and tidy. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Bathroom was also cleaned. The kitchen has all you need to either cook your own meal or just use the utilities. The house is close to bus stops and getting to Anfield or to the city centre takes 10-15 mins bus ride. There are also shops and pubs nearby.

Bed was not spacious enough for 2 people.

It was a nice and airy room, with a comfortable double bed. The house and the bedroom had plenty of facilities such as smart TV, WiFi, parking etc. It was clean and quiet. Overall very good value for money.
