Apt is very clean & spacious; all appliances in good working order

Night lamp bulb blown, light bulb in laundry area degraded. Pls check all lightings working ok for future occupants

"Spacious Apartment"

Location is good. Spacious apartment with Lift but quite old furniture. All rooms have a brand new aircond. Comfortable beds & pillows, towels provided are just like hotel towels.

Careful using lift, because door close is too fast.

"Superb"

"It is a pleasant short staycation."

The house is very spacious, clean and amenity is great. The price is also reasonable.

Bathtub seems old and need to be maintained more properly and carpet in the bathroom is a no no. Need to be careful of the elevator, it close to fast.

"Other then the shower water pressure, everything else was perfect!"

The unit was clean, check-in/check out was easy and fast, location near eateries and in Kerteh town

one of the toilet shower water pressure was low.

"Love the place, will come again.."

The house is cosy and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. The add-on services is a plus advantage over other places.

The bathroom may need some facelift. Bath tub is an added advantage but I wish it looks better than it is now

"Overall is good for stay."

-Staff is friendly and fast response. -Location is good, free car parking and nearby have MCD & restaurant. -Provide water dispenser, fridge, washer, TV with astro, WIFI internet and air-cond in each room. -Provide welcome coffee/tea & some snacks.

-Some cockroach at kitchen.
