the house is clean and comfortable to stay, The owner is considerate and easy check in process.

some part of parking area is too dark at night. It feels unsafe to park the car at night. no security guard available.

"Overall is good for stay."

-Staff is friendly and fast response. -Location is good, free car parking and nearby have MCD & restaurant. -Provide water dispenser, fridge, washer, TV with astro, WIFI internet and air-cond in each room. -Provide welcome coffee/tea & some snacks.

"nice place for seafood lover!"

+ In the middle of town + Near to Jetty Kuala Kertih (fresh seafood open at 11.30am) + Near to McDonalds and and Ayamas + 24/7 security guard + all rooms come with air conditioners + welcome titbits and drink

+ the water pressure is a bit slow + No night activity nearby
