i like the most is the location

The host is very responsive even if I booked the room past check in time and checked in late. Also, I left my charger at the room and the host is gracious to send it back to me. Thank for accommodating me and for the good service. :)

This is my first negative review. I rarely give a negative review, but with this accommodation, I have to emphasize that we were accused of destroying the faucet and forced to pay an extra 1000Php after check-out. The faucet was already loose when we arrived. Since it was still functioning, we really did not mind asking them to repair it. But then… they accused us that we are the reason why the faucet was loose and therefore should pay the fee. Very disappointed. So for those who are planning to stay in this flat, make sure to check if everything is functioning and in good condition so that you avoid paying something you did not break.

The place itself looks so fancy!! Its 5 min away of walking from ikea and Mall of Asia. It has a nice pool and its only 150pesos!! The room was clean and it had air-con, a nice tv with Netflix, a boiler with all kitchen supplies (forks, spoons, cups and fridge)

They don’t have many blankets (we had to share 2 for 8 people) and no shampoo.
