location. the view from the balcony. we had the view of mall of Asia, MOA Arena and MOA Ferris wheel. check in and check out we’re very easy and convenient. the space we had was not that small. enough and very comfy for 5 guest. all the facilities are working from washing machine to kitchen stuffs. free Netflix and wifi access.

the property can still be improved. some floor tiles were about to crack.

Very comfortable. Clean. With balcony as stated. Towels are provided. Glad to found this room.

No toilet paper which is important. Appliances (like refrigerators) were not connected though Im not sure if its supposed to be like that.

The room is clean and spacious. All the kitchen wares are there as expected. Also there is WIFI. I like the shower, there is a separator between it and the toilet bowl, very convenient for the 4 of us.

No slippers provided. There were 4 of us and so we needed an extra bed for 2. The sofa bed provided can only accommodate 1 person. But it's alright, we have managed to fit on it. We don't want to add hassle to the owner since we owe her with our early check in. Thank you!
