Midtown Hotel Rotterdam

We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. The location was just great, room was so well designed and clean and had all you needed. The owner of the hotel was so nice and helpful during our stay.

The flat was clean, modern and a reasonable size; check in was well organised and supported. Natasja was very helpful. There is a dishwasher, good sized fridge and facilities to cook simple meals-2 hobs. Location is great - really close to the central station (5 min walk) but no train noise and a quiet street. Feels safe. Close to main shopping areas.

I knew the flat was on the ground floor however, I didn't appreciate that we would have no direct light. In flat 3 (4 persons) there are 2 large internal windows that look onto the the hallway/and indirectly, the street. Anyone walking by can see straight into the room if the blinds are open. There are vertical blinds but to maintain privacy you have to have them shut. Consequently, although there were many positives about the flat, the lack of natural light/view means I would not book again as it was not a pleasant place to relax in. If you just intend to sleep there, this would not be a problem. There was also some noise from the flat above - music and hammering- in the mornings. Clean and pleasant otherwise,

The location is sublime and there was no fuss about an early check-in, as early as 6AM even. Second edition Chromecast and a Netflix subscription included.

The kitchenette felt very incomplete- no oven, no microwave, no freezer. The hotel is located under a boxing dojo and the sound isolation is non-existent. Room was dusty all over. Also, no natural light in the room, there's a choice between an uncomfortably bright and cold LED overhead lamp or gloomy wall-mounted lighting. Access to the hotel and room through the keycode is unreliable.

My friends and i really enjoyed our stay in the Midtown Hotel! The room and bathroom was nice, clean and spacious and we felt in good hands due to the host Natasja. She was honestly so helpful, always made sure we were okay and gave us tips for the city.

The room didn't get that much daylight, but it didn't bother us much. Also the doors are quite loud

Nicely decorated and generous amount of space with two double beds, living space, and Kitchen.

Being on the ground floor facing the sidewalk, there were no windows. Since I could not even open the shades, I had no light and no privacy. This last issue made me a bit uncomfortable.

This location… it couldnt be more in the city center! the place of the hotel is amazing, it is very clean and modern. the only thing… we didnt have a window. judging by the pictures which were very light, we assumed there were some- we had a deluxe studio with double bed. Just saying, it didnt influence anything. the service was amazing! the best I have ever had. u can easily reach them and ask about room issues or some recommendations concerning sightseeing or restaurants. parking 100m from the hotel- BIG YES.

The property was perfect, it exceeded our expectations, the owners came by and informed us of the specifics and it made the stay more pleasant, the owners even informed us about the touristic elements of the city to make our stay in the city more pleasant, which is did! Lovely couple that own the property and who really care about their guests. Really a place to visit next time I am in the city of Rotterdam. Thank you and see you soon.
