Room rates include accommodation, bath linen (1 large towel and 1 small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), bed linen, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), TV, as well as all taxes and fees (except tourist tax). The reception is located in the Saskia Falaise building. After booking, guests may request the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Le lit clic clac qui est placé dans la pièce principale, une fois déplié, impossible de bouger dans la pièce. Pas du tout adapté. La chambre des enfants , est collée au mur extérieur, bcp de trous autour des fenêtres et donc beaucoup de vent en plein hiver . Chambre hyper froide

Great location, the room is quite small, but for just me and my daughter, it was more than enough. The kitchen has many home appliances. Nice view from balcony. Close to the parking.

L'emplacement dans la station.

Le confort de l'appartement ainsi que l'état de l'appartement et des équipements (1 convecteur HS, 1 applique HS, une fenêtre bricolée non étanche à l'air ), l'appartement était globalement défraichis et la SDB (borgne) dégradée par l'humidité. J'ai réservé dans la résidence Saskia pour me retrouver au final dans la résidence Tillia, possiblement moins confortable. Je suis d'autant plus déçu que choix d'opter pour une résidence Pierre et Vacances était pour moi la garantie de me prémunir de ce type de déconvenue.

Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is goed. De kamer was aan de verwachtingen. De keuken was voldoende uitgerust.

algemeen gedateerd. 1 van de bedlinnen was bevlekt Slechts 1 vaatdoek in keuken.

"Great location in Avoriaz, felt like good value for money and would stay again"

Location was great, so close to the undercover parking which made life so much easier. We booked the apartment that was for 6 people but there was just 3 of us so it felt nice and spacious. It was really warm and clean, the shower had good pressure. Ski locker was great but would be snug for 6 sets of skis and boots! Loved the little welcome package with washing up liquid, a sponge etc. Loved that it was ski in and ski out.

Towels were a bit thin, you had to make your own beds but maybe this is normal practice.. It would have been great to have some salt and pepper in the welcome package. Overall we were really happy with the apartment for the price.
