Elounda Garden Suites Heated Pool

We absolutely loved our stay - the whole team at the Elounda Garden Suites were so incredibly friendly and helpful. There are only 20 or so rooms so it has a small feel to it and a really friendly atmosphere around the pool where the snack bar is. At peak time there were always sun loungers available. Our room was a great size with a small kitchenette which was exactly what we wanted, and a big balcony. It was cleaned everyday if we wanted so it was always lovely and clean. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and the beach so it's a perfect location. We also hired a car for a few days and were able to park it in the spaces behind the hotel for free, although there was also free parking close by if we hadn't been able to.

The only improvement we could think of was a few more umbrellas/shade around the pool and on balconies.

La posizione non è il massimo. L’hotel si trova all’interno del paese in una via non particolarmente suggestiva. La pulizia lascia a desiderare. Dal bagno si sentiva un odore poco gradevole, e ho dovuto chiedere che venisse pulito meglio senza grandi cambiamenti. Il prezzo per quello che abbiamo ricevuto secondo me è davvero sproporzionato.

Personnel professionnel et accueillant. Logement très confortable (suite maxima) à proximité de la piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux.

Petit bemol sur l'isolation des fenetres qui laissent passer du vent.
