We arrived quite late, but were warm welcomed with a drink for the kids and a glass of wine. The whole staff is so helpfull and friendly! I was so happy when they helped me to open my suitcase when the lock was jammed. The pool area is very cozy and comfortable with enough sunbeds in the shade. The location is perfect! Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and Elounda square with cafés and restaurants.

We loved everything about the property, It felt as though we were not just a number in a hotel - it was personal, friendly and welcoming. The staff were wonderful and always up for a chat! The atmosphere just felt relaxed and friendly from start to finish. The place was clean, well kept, and comfortable, and the beer was a great positive round the pool.

The pool was a little too salty, and the pool walls were coming apart and it just looked a little run down. The one other thing is breakfast, we would say 18 euro for breakfast everyday is a little expensive, and we would have liked some smaller, lighter and cheaper options rather than having to pay €18 for the whole breakfast options which we wouldn’t have eaten.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut - nicht weit vom Zentrum, der Strand ist auch nicht weit weg 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß. So viele Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Wer Boot Trips liebt alles in der Nähe auch Taxi & Bus. Viele Supermärkte bieten sogar einen Lieferservice an - Taschen schleppen muss also nicht sein.

Das frühe House Keeping 😌 Wir schlafen gerne länger und bitte nicht stören Schilder werden ignoriert.

Wonderful staff - Super friendly, warm welcome and very helpful with knowledge / advice on local trips. Good food and drinks from the bar. Modern clean kitchen.

The most disappointing thing was that we booked a ‘family suite’ which was no more than a put-up bed in front of the kitchen area. The room was smaller than we’d stayed elsewhere (but was quoted as larger) and was more expensive. There are signs that work is being done to make improvements (modern kitchen, good shower head, lovely pool deco), but overall I would say the photos don’t reflect the property (chunks of plaster missing off the pool / shower corners not clean / drain repeatedly blocked on the shower etc). Shame as the welcome and staff were wonderful.
