The room is 💯 as the pictures. Clean, comfortable and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The aircond was cold and the shower had great pressure. Coffee, tea and water (cold and room temperature) were provided. We never met the owner/staff but communications, check-in/out instructions were clear from the get-go. I found the video guide to the parking spot very helpful most of all. I love the private access to the beach - for the days we spent there, we were able to walk to the beach to catch the sunrise. Amenities wise, there are walkable groceries, coffee shops and restaurants abound. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked good too.

1. The place is somewhat out of town so a car/private transport is a must to stay here. 2. I was only informed that the washing machine was spoilt upon checking in and not before. I could have prepared differently if this was known. A mild inconvenience. 3. The cup and bathroom sink area was not properly cleaned. There was grime when we checked in. All above are not deal breakers though, just things to note. I like it so much, I will repeat the stay here in the future.
