Residence Villa Rosa

great value for money, lovely pool with a great view of the mountains and also the sea, Luciano was very accommodating and the apartment was very spacious for all of us. the local town offered quiet cafes to drink coffee and eat bruschetta in the mornings. our group is very young and athletic so didnt mind walking from atrani to Amalfi.

the downside i could imagine most would say is the climb up to the actual apartment. consisting of many long steep and winding stairs it wouldn't really be great for the older population unless you were to organise a taxi every time you left the villa. were all young college student so we didnt mind the walk but just keep it in mind if older.

The most amazing location and spectacular view I think I’ve ever had. The villa was very nice as was the pool, a very beautiful place to stay.

Only issue was access via lots of steps (approx 400) down into town. Not an issue for me and my wife but having our young kids and my mother with us made it a little awkward as taxis are extremely expensive.

The location was awesome and we loved the Terrace and the view. The building and grounds were lovely and well kept Luciano was very helpful and prompt in responding This location was quiet and compared to Amalfi and Positano much more relaxing Would recommend hiring a scooter to get around from this location

The bed configuration there need to be at least double beds in the main two rooms not singles or at least king singles that fit together There were no routine supplies that we had in all of the other facilities. ie coffee, Oil, cling wraps salt and pepper etc Needed another remote for the gate there was only one was supplied and we had 3 couples coming and going

The view is absolutely gorgeous!

There was not much to the property on the inside other than basic furniture. When we’ve stayed at other non-hotel locations, they would offer some basic provisions (ie, cooking items, snacks, bathroom essentials, games, etc). The location is a challenge to get to by foot and car, so it was not easy to get items and bring it back to the property.

Location was wonderful, however this is not in Ravello. It's a good 30-minute, uphill walk to Ravello. If you're looking to spend most of your time in Atrani or Amalfi then it's a 10-min walk, and a beautiful one at that.

too many stairs. no amenities. no help up all the stairs. bad directions. no hand soap. holes in sheets. ants on floor and in bed.

The pool was brilliant, host was great, location was good (but expect a lot of stairs….. it is the amalfi coast though so to be expected)

The bed was not comfy, supermarkets etc at the bottom of a lot stairs with no on site food, snacks or drinks

Amazing beautiful location, a short walk to the sea down some steps. Loved it!
