We can’t connect on they’re Wi-Fi and the bed was not clean

The room is well built and the design was nice. It’s clean and cozy.

The only positive thing was location for me

Well where do I start, had book this place for 7 nights, time we got there, we where told that on the 4 night we had to move to another apartment as the owner over book the condo, poor management.. the place was out dated,it was supposed to a 3 bedroom but 3rd room was closed off, again very poorly organised. Second, the guards, are too anal, need to relax, the kids where in pool(2 boys) once heading back to condo one of the guards pull the boys (and me)up for not wearing a shirt when leaving pool. They are kids having fun, let them be kids. Thirdly be careful if have car, as I was told by booking.com free parking, until we where leaving, plus the car park was away from condo entry. Again this place dysfunctional on all levels.

The location was good is straight next to a big mall the view of the place is good a nice swimming pool

We had a trouble experience when we arrived the security guards treat us badly with no respect and they didn't allow us to enter the supdivision even we show them we have a confirm booking from booking. Com Still they through us out in the streets with no respect until we call the agent and direct us to the unit number The next day we fire a complain against the security guards to the admin office of the complex and they promised us to conduct investigation on this matter which they didn't do anything

The unit is nice but not clean enough.

The noise from outside. E.g, I noticed that there's someone upstairs like at the top of the unit, made noises specially at night and it runs til early morning, not sure if there fixing or renovating the unit but it disturbed me a lot. That's why I checked out earlier. Aside from that, noises from banging of the doors. Then no assistance from staff, I kept on asking to assit me with the Tv, they just informed me that the staff were busy and Tv is not their priority.

We were given a room on the 5th flr but elevator was not working. Property owner could not be contacted. My mom who is elderly was with me and my kids. Too dangerous to go up and down the stairs specially coming from the pool with wet slippers. Room was very dusty. Not cleaned properly. We didnt use the room. We left since we couldn’t even sleep since ac was not working and it was too hot inside. We had to find trouble finding another hotel at 9 in the evening.Ive been fighting for my refund but still no updates. Bad experience

great location, with a swimming pool, 2 minutes walk to the mall which has everything you need , staff was very helpful.
