ONE OASIS DAVAO a4 FREE POOL 3 MIN WALK SM MALL

The location of the One Oasis Condos is good. If you go out the back of the Ecoland SM Mall, you are only 10 mins walking from your condo. Keep in mind that there are several condos used under this listing. We stayed in 3315 and it was horrible. Another condo might be in better condition. One Oasis has six condo buildings, a swimming pool, basketball court and playground. The whole complex is gated with security. No one answered our messages or calls but the gate guards called and found out what unit we were assigned to in the complex. The city of Davao definitely has a lot to see and do. My family really enjoyed the Crocodile Park. Entry was 350 pesos and it was about 30 mins by taxi about 200p. The airport is about 16k from One Oasis and costs about 300p.

Top five reasons not to stay at One Oasis: 1) Construction has just started on the large lot just to the east of One Oasis (directly behind buildings 3 and 4). Work on these big projects are six days a week and ten hours a day. Based on the size of this project (SM Mall extension?), work could take years. 2) The management is horrible. Mrs. Arlyn couldn't get any of the things fixed in our condo during our stay and wouldn't move us to another unit. Her cleaning team is also poor (see photos) 3) No one shows you your condo. The guards give you a number and the keys are just left inside. We were greeted by a large number of ants and cockroaches when we entered because the trash hadn't been taken out. 4) Once you book a condo, you will get a very unfriendly and dated message telling you to send Covid information and identification to an email listed. You will not get a response when you send this information. You will also be warned about leaving the A/C on in the condo and threatened with extra charges. 5) Our condo unit was run down, full of dust, mold in the CR, and many things didn't work or weren't provided. For example, we didn't have internet (Globe said the bill hadn't been paid), the TV didn't work without internet because the cable was not connected, the electric stove didn't work so we couldn't cook, the central A/C was broken so we were told to turn on the window unit in the bedroom and leave the door open. The window unit wasn't powerful enough to cool the small condo and could barely cool the bedroom. Part of the problem was that the sliding door from the bedroom to the porch was broken and a large gab was letting the cold air out. This also made this condo unit very unsecure. We booked for three people but sheets are only provided for two so bring your own if someone is sleeping on the sofa like our son.

Security guard was polite,mall was near and the amenities was good😄

Not so clean specially the kitchen; sink drainage was not good, cockroaches 🪳 & mosquitoes was around.

The hotel was wonderful and very clean

I like the location, the pool and the room we rented

I only have some issues with the parking, on the first day they gave us a spot to park then past 11pm informed us it belongs to somebody then maybe past midnight security guard informed us again that it belongs to a certain attorney and that we have to park in anothet spot. To make it short they gave us outside parking. They should improve the service about parking issues.

Great location, 24 hr security, private parking, clean pool. Also love that it has complete kitchen and dining facilities. Host was very kind and accomodating.

Not very nice view from windows which faces the back with on-going construction. Apart from this, overall experience was great.
