LOCATION WAS GREAT AND POOL WAS GOOD

THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE,ONLY ONE DRINKING GLASS,COCKROACH PROBLEMS,SMELLY BATHROOM,WIFI DROPPING OUT OR NOT WORKING AT ALL,SOME KITCHEN APPLIANCES NOT WORKING,NO DOOR ON FREEZER SO ANYTHING IN FRIDGE DOOR WOULD FREEZE,TELEVISION SPEAKERS DID NOT WORK,DRINKING FOUNTAIN ONLY SUPPLIED WARM WATER,AND ONLY HAD 25% OF ITS CAPACITY FOUND THERE WAS NO ONE TO CONTACT REGARDING ANY ISSUES CHECK IN WE WHERE IN A ROOM WITH AIR CON THAT DIDNT WORK,THEN MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM NEXT DAY..ONLY COMMUNICATION WAS VIA EMAIL IN WHICH NO ONE REPLIED TO MY EMAILS
