Property is good, excellent location and the owner has good customer service communication.

Just a suggestion. Just put some extra tissues in the dining table and bottled water. Slippers for the guest not only in the toilet. Cheers mate🙂

"Super convenient, central to everything, and very nice accommodations."

Great location, high up on the 25th floor with a nice view oft the city (there are 32 floors in total). Spacious studio apartment. Great aircon. Hot water in the shower was good and relatively strong with pressure. Very quiet residence - which allowed us to sleep/rest. Relatively "central" to anywhere you want to go in Davao. About a 10-15 minutes drive to/from airport (less than 200php taxi fare), and very friendly 24/7 service at the front desk. Elevators are modern and relatively fast to arrive upon call. BONUS: The AEON Towers are right next to Abreeza mall (as in right next door... only 1-2 minutes' walking time. TONS of restaurants to choose from, and anything you want to buy is right there! Amore was the person who checked us in, and she was super friendly, super helpful (plenty of good answers to questions about touring the city - and she's very proud of her city!), and we just knew after meeting her that we booked the right accommodation. Thanks, Amore!

The bed was fine overall, but the pillows were too firm. I'm also a 6'2" Americano and it was a bit short for my frame... but I knew that BEFORE I booked. Most hotels/arrangements in Asia are offered at the "double" sized bed. I suggest you bring along your own pillows if you're seeking comfort while sleeping. Honestly, there's nothing else that I could constructively comment on... It was a very NICE room overall.

The size of the bedroom and how comfy the bed was.

The shower had water damage and was a bit small. Also I think the bed needs a deep clean, it may have bed bugs.
