The host was very accommodating. Although it wasn't a self check-in, it was a smooth transaction and very comfortable space.

No toilet paper in the bathroom

The property exceeded my expectations. We had a great time during our stay. We were definitely comfortable.

excellent location. clean and well-maintained. fast wifi. incredibly friendly and responsive hosts (app and on-site).

super minor feedback, but perhaps the bathroom fixtures can use some polishing (water/mineral stains). also, the rainfall showerhead has some clogged nozzles that cause water to spray outside the shower door and onto the middle of the bathroom floor.

What a disaster this room is! We travelled all day to get to Davao and were exhausted. We arrived at 2:15 (15 minutes after check-in time). Front desk then informed us the room had to be cleaned. Was supposed to be ready at 2pm. 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby and we're finally given the key to the room. We enter the room and are assaulted by a thick fog of air freshener. Sprayed so thick it was hard to breathe and not a scent we like at all. But, no windows, so we're stuck with that until the next afternoon when it fully dissipates. Settle in to rest and BAM, BAM, BAM, BAM.... room next to us in under renovation and they are banging on walls with chisels and hammers. We call the front desk and are informed that the owner of this unit knew there was scheduled construction and should have told us. Go to put some items in the garbage and it isn't empty, only one item in it. A bloody used tampon from a previous visitor. So, we have to get rid of the trash and maybe that's the odor they were trying to cover? Over the next day it becomes obvious this place only gets a superficial wipedown. Water spots on doors, windows, mirrors. Toilet could use a scrub. Etc... 2nd and last night here the A/C stops working. So, we call the number left by the owner of this unit and she says “maybe there's a brownout, generator in the building can't handle load for A/C units. I'll call someone”. I look out the window, street lights are on, there's no brownout, this is a blowoff. Call number back, no answer. Fine, I'm going down to the lobby. Only security guards are around, but they call the actual building maintenance crew. Maintenance guys werenn't called by anyone about our room, neither was front desk. They ask where our card is with the real numbers for this tower. We don't have one, only the homemade card left by the owner of unit with a bogus number. A/C breaker gets fixed, but now is fan only.

The location and view were excellent. The facilities were elegant and clean. The room was very nice with a comfy bed, hot shower, purified water, clean dishes, free Netflix...the list goes on. We only have positive comments about the entire experience.

I cannot think of any complaints, not even anything minor.
