Wasserqualität in Pool ,Wasser PH wert war sehr schlecht --- konnte man eigene Füße in Wasser nicht sehen ---schmutzig .

Receptionist was a bit grumpy, not like the usual ones.

As a solo female traveller visiting Corfu for the first time, I was looking for somewhere safe, close to amenities, and with helpful staff. The location was great, so close to the harbour, beach and restaurants but still remained quiet at night. There was also a view of Kassiopi Castle from my shower! The pool was lovely, with plenty of sunloungers. Other guests were very friendly and it was evident there are plenty who return to the hotel often.

However, there were some downsides. The rooms were basic, which was fine for me, but they did require a decent clean. There were loose hairs on the tiled floors, particularly around the bottom of the chair legs. I would have expected these to have been removed after the previous guest. Having a broom/sweeper in the room would have been useful for sweeping up my own hair also. The beds were a bit hard but not bad enough to prevent sleep. The wardrobes smelt musty and random rusty hangers had been left behind. I could cope with the basic room, however on my very last morning, when turning on the bathroom tap it made a loud gurgling noise and yellow/brown 'water' came out. The staff were pleasant and arranged a taxi to the airport. However, the taxi driver asked if we could drop off a member of hotel staff to a different location "on route" to the airport. I felt I had no option but to agree to this as I was wanting to reach the airport early. However, as the journey progressed, I checked Google Maps and noticed we were heading away from the airport, and to the North of the island. As a solo female traveller, I was nervous not only that I would be late to the airport, but also for my safety. Despite being told we would be dropping off the member of staff "on route" it was a 30-minute detour that resulted in sitting in traffic up a mountain with no phone signal. A friend was also staying in Corfu so I shared my location with her to be on the safe side. You could argue I've watched too many true shows but I felt deeply anxious and uncomfortable. I would not recommend booking a taxi via the hotel. If it wasn't for the contaminated water on the very last day, and for the taxi detour, I would have stayed here again. However, I will be looking for alternative accommodation upon my future return to Kassiopi.

Nieduży kompleks z własnym basenem, kawałek w bok od głównej ulicy przeuroczego miasteczka Kassiopi. Segmencik jest idealny dla 4 osób, nasz miał parter i piętro - nie wiem, czy każdy wygląda tak samo. Daje to spory komfort, gdy podróżuje się z dziećmi lub ze znajomymi. Do pokoju na górze prowadzą kręte metalowe schody. Na górnym piętrze jest niewielki taras. Teren jest przyjemny, ocieniony roślinnością. Należący do ośrodka - naprawdę spory! - basen, jest głęboki, więc można solidnie ponurkować. Działa bar przy basenie, krótkie menu, ale z głodu i pragnienia nie da się umrzeć. Ceny w barze przyzwoite. Ogólnie naprawdę miłe miejsce, choć w wystroju nawiązujące do lat 70. Dzieci były zachwycone. Wróciłabym!

Czystość - obsługa robi, co może, ale większość rzeczy jest po prostu bardzo stara, więc ciężko umyć odpryskujące elementy. Brak naczyń w części kuchennej - na 4 osoby mieliśmy problem ze zjedzeniem śniadania czy kolacji, bo brakowało szklanek do zimnych napojów, kubków do kawy, talerzy, sztućców, deski do krojenia, noża. Przydałby się jakiś ręcznik, ścierka, coś do osuszenia łazienki, gdy zaleje się podłogę wodą z prysznica. Przydałoby się również mydło czy płyn do mycia w kuchni. Łazienka jest na piętrze - dla nas ok, ale jeśli ktoś ma trudności z poruszaniem się, może to być wykluczające.
