Philippos Hotel

The location of the property was brilliant. The sheets and towels changed (and bins are done) every other day. Very clean. The pool was beautiful and bar excellent.

The apartment was very dated. The kitchen was tatty. The bathroom was clean but overdue a makeover. We overlooked the garden, which was just weeds, such a shame as could be beautiful

I booked this about 7 weeks before we arrived, so availability was limited. However, as we've been to kassiopi before and don't stay in the room for long, we can live with most things. The location is spot on, a short walk to the centre and no hills. We did have a room with steps but plenty of rooms on the ground floor. We had a two rooms as that was all that was available. It had a great balcony that overlooked the pool and it was so quiet, so nice and peaceful on a morning. The rooms are dated, but we can live with that. The beds were firm and not to my liking but my husband likes a firm mattress. The pool had plenty of beds and was never busy that you couldn't get one. Great little bar and we had a full english twice which at 6 euro's was spot on. Pool was nice and clean.

The bathroom could really do with updating. The drain smelt badly, son we had to have a towel over it all the time. The loo could do with a good clean and the toilet brush should be replaced and washed for each guests. The shower although good water pressure was tiny, so if you were a slightly larger individual, you would struggle. But even as small framed people, we flooded the floor each time. The TV didn't work, but that wasn't a big concern for us as never in, we did report this. The air con tube had come away and we needed a pan to catch the water as it flooded the balcony. No big deal and we reported this. No washing up liquid, tea towel although one was dropped off on day 2. Nothing to scrub cups so we had to purchase these. No full length mirror only one in bathroom and bedroom which weren't suitable to see how you looked when dressed and the rooms are quite dark even when lights on. Again not a big issue but it's nice to check what you look like. To make a cuppa, we had to plug the kettle in on the floor. Again fine, but not if young children. Although bedding/towels clean, the overall cleanliness felt it missed the mark a little. Towels bedding replaced after 2 days, but the empty loo roll not replaced with a new loo roll.

Location was brilliant. 5 minutes from main road of the village. The apartments were quiet and suitable for families looking for a laid back holiday. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. beds were comfy.. Pool and bar area were good. Bar prices were reasonable. Food was good.

Rooms could do with a bit of updating in places. The only slight negative was the pool bar closed at 6pm wished it would open slightly later.

Bien situé, proche du centre tout en étant en retrait au calme. Belle piscine et très bon wifi.

Le couchage était moyen, l’entretien moyen(poussières sur meubles et hotte) pas de produit d’entretien et pas de savon et shampoing dans douche et cuisine.
