"Too Expensive"

The place is clean and well located but very expensive. For a suite there was a coffee maker, no water to drink or use. We were each given one towel for the week. One beach towel each, in addition No hooks to hang towels to dry. No hangers to hang clothes. It wasn’t set up for living only sleeping. A lot of money for what was offered.

It was a great location. Nice quiet pool that was warm. Close to many restaurants and easy walking to Bucerías. Very close walk to the beach. Nice roof top lounge area too. It was great.

Not a huge issue but occasionally there was a strong sewer smell from the bathroom. We had to spray freshener a few times. It was a bit unpleasant. Some instructions on using the washer dryer combo would have been helpful. It was all in Spanish and once I found a cycle it took forever. Felt like I wasted power and water.

Located in the south part of Bucerías it is one block from the ocean. The Mr. cream restaurant is on the first floor and serves a very bb good breakfast. The room and bed were spacious. The pool area is relaxing.

The swinging doors in and out of the bathroom are a nuisance. There is a microwave and refrigerator but no sink close in that area, only in the bathroom.

It’s brand new. Loved the loft/concrete style: large windows . Comfortable mid century chair. Hot water for shower. Super comfy bed and pillows

The small fridge didn’t work.

I like the location And the pool and grounds were clean The staff was super

What we did not like … as a batchelor suite it had a fridge but no freezer so we couldn’t have ice in our room… we tried a cooler but that didn’t keep ice longer the 24 hours The kitchen was basically stocked but there was not aeven a bar sink so we had to use the bathroom sink to clean dishes …. Yuck
