The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a great location.

I would have given it a 10 if not for the fact that, while trying to find a programme to watch on the telly, we noticed that someone’s search history had been left there open and it contained extreme pornography. I suggest that the search history is cleared regularly.

Die Unterkunft wirkt auf den ersten Blick schön, entspricht aber bei genauerem Hinsehen leider nicht den erwarteten Sauberkeitsstandards. Es waren deutlich sichtbare Verschmutzungen vorhanden (z. B. Krümel, Staub, Flecken und Rückstände von vorherigen Gästen). Auf unsere Reklamation wurde reagiert und eine alternative Unterkunft angeboten, diese wies jedoch ähnliche Probleme mit Staub und Sauberkeit auf. Insgesamt daher eher enttäuschend – hier besteht klarer Verbesserungsbedarf bei der Reinigung.

The apartment was beautiful. Very tastefully decorated, with lovely bedding, towels, etc. Great location.

It's not an aparthotel as advertised. No-one came in to clean or refresh in 5 days. No clean towels. We ran out of toilet paper. Minimal teas, coffees, etc. This made it pretty expensive for what it was.

Great location, close to shops, bars and restaurants.

The place is in need of good clean and paint work needs some TLC.

Lovely apartment, cosy, but spacious. Really appreciated the air con.

Location for the centre off Nottingham was perfect. Easy hassle free check in.

A security deposit of £250 is required before check in details are handed over.
