Clean, comfy and good location.

The maps take you to the bottom of some long stairs which can be difficult with plenty of bags

Perfect location, close to the station and the main spots at the city centre, but yet very quiet and private. Shining clean and very elegantly decorated. We will definitely come back. We could not think of a better option in Nottingham. (And were living the city for two years, so we know the area quite well)

Location, and comfort were really good. The room is beautiful. Key code to get in feels safe. The room was warm shower and bath are really good. Bed is a good size and comfortable

The room has a few things that needed cleaning which let it down a bit. I feel that for the price and the quality of everything else this was a huge let down.

Great location, very central.

The furniture was quite grubby it didn't live up to the pictures. Also found the £250 deposit hold quite excessive and wouldn't have booked it had it been more obvious that was required.

Tasteful decor and furniture. Clean, easy access, helpful staff, bang in the centre of town, what else do you need?

Location was perfect, very close to everything.

Generally clean but it definitely hadn't been hoovered and work surfaces had crumbs on it. This didn't affect our stay though because the important parts (bed and bathroom) were all clean.
