location quiet clean

I liked the location. It looked very fancy and nice on the inside and outside.

The whole place/room was dirty. The coffee was old and when I used the individual creamers (half and half) into my coffee, it was chunky. The microwave and stove were sticky. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere. You would think a place this nice would have had decent shampoo/conditioners, body wash and soap, not stuff that looked like it was ordered years ago. The doors had to be locked from the outside and I could barely turn the key to lock/unlock it because it was old, and the door handle was about to fall off. It was too nice of a place to be this dirty and not have basics. I paid $450 dollars a night and stayed for 2 nights. I was pretty disappointed.

Location from city center. No Uber or Lyft options. Taxi services may or may not come pick you up. Host (Danny) offered golf rental upon arrival. I filled out paperwork to rent the golf cart. The 2nd day of our stay, the golf cart was moved from I parked it: I contacted the host, he stated that the renters from the other unit “mistakenly” took the golf cart was assigned to me. I asked how that was possible, the host stated that all golf keys are universal. While that may be the case, an individual lock and code is issued for the specific cart. The host then stated “they are regulars and know the lock code for each cart”. He then offered to give me the code to another golf cart (that was not assigned to me). I then asked “I’m legally responsible for the cart I signed out, aren’t I?” He said yes. I subsequently stated I did not want a different golf cart, I want the one I signed for. He then stated “I will contact them to get it back”. I was not happy due to the potential legal exposure due to a “regular” having access to all lock codes and potentially damaging a piece of property that I was legally responsible for.

Very modern and kept nice when plenty of privacy!

Our little “freezer” if you may that is under their counter in kitchen was very nasty don’t think it was ever cleaned before smell was awful! Place was very up to date just need the 2smaller beds in corner replaced and upgraded

It was a nice quiet place to get away from the city life. Worth every dollar.

The oven and microwave were cracked before me and the guest came, we were a little nervous to use it. We did not want to be blamed for something that happened before we arrived. But other than that it was a great experience it could need a TV upstairs.

Poor business, never meet the owner, or person who runs these studios. got the key to the room from the cleaning lady. Left the key in the room when we left to check out, could not reach anyone to hand over the key. Dirty Fridge and microwave. Broken toilet seat. hole in the ceiling tile which you could hear birds or bats, not to sure what the noise was. i was on the bottom floor and the tenets above me you could hear every move they make. For the price they charge i would not recommend this place to anyone.
