This was our 4th stay at Chapman House. we love the Halloween weekend on PIB this was our 8th Halloween weekend. as long as they have a room we will stay there!!!

It was cold and rainy BUT we have learned to Dance in the Rain, therefore we always have fun!!

"Sean bent over backwards to make us comfortable and was very accommodating."

Away from the bustle of downtown. Relaxing on the balcony and a view of the water. Golf carts on premises to get us everywhere we wanted to go.

Climbing 25 steps with luggage to get to our room.

We liked the property very much.

The thin walls that allowed us to hear the very loud group next to us when they got in for their evening. Also the fact that there wasn’t an elevator. It was hard to get suitcases and cases of water up.

It was very cute and clean and beds were comfortable

Didn’t know it had a kureg so brought wrong coffee. Bathroom sink drained super slowly. Fan in the bathroom didn’t work.
