"Your thieves for keeping my money when I couldn't get up stairs to the 4th floor."

Your site says no elevator, not we can't accommodate wheelchair users. You kept my money with a no return policy after putting me on the 4th floor. I'm paralyzed at the nipple from gun shot wounds. You didn't communicate in any way and stole my money without me being able to get up the stairs with my belongings.

Everything involving you stealing my money and not refunding. No elevator on your web site didn't say handicap not welcome.

Could not even check in. Had to jump hoops to even get the code to check in. Cancellation requested and a refund please.

The room was cute but horrible dusty…you could see piles of dust on top of appliances and on the walls….you could literally draw on the walls in the dust/dirt

Great location just a few blocks away from Coors Field. The communication was very quick and helpful. We stayed on the 3rd floor and didn’t hear the night club at all.
