Motel 6 is better.. this place was dirty upon arrival.. the plumbing has issues. And they will blame you for everything.. shady business for sure... there is no sound proofing so you hear the nightclub down stairs and the other rooms partying ...

"Is a good place to stay if you don’t mind bad customer service online."

The property is good. Very clean and comfortable. I won’t take that away from them.

But the staff is ugh! Big no! Tho the staff are not there in person and only communicate through email or phone but that would not stop you from getting the rude and unprofessionalism from them. First you can’t check it prior to 3pm not even 15 min early or you pay 35 bucks. Also any inquiries will have you punching the wall because they are extremely rude with bad customer service.

"Good price-quality ratio, but comes with some compromises"

The hotel is very well located, near Union Station and 16th Mall street. Besides that, everything was decent. I especially praise the client service that was easily reachable and ready to help anytime.

The floor wasn't fully clean. There is a sensitive clogging system, so you need to throw your toilet paper in a separate bin. Besides that, there tends to be quite some noise, both in the building and in the neighborhood, especially in the weekends. Be carefull if you have a non-US credit card, because not all credit cards are accepted (I had "Mastercard Debit" for which it did not work).

"Don’t do it!! Most awful lodgment! If you value your privacy.. DONT"

Absolutely nothing! This is no hotel. This lodgment is located in a run down building.

The owners allowed people to enter my room, when I was away from the property. It was an invasion of my privacy. There is no elevator. The music was blasting from 10:00 pm to 2:30am, there was no rest. You could hear people talking loud. The toilet was visible dirty. The TV had audio but no visual. There is no chain on the door, for security. The fridge was broken. I had to exit after my privacy was invaded.. so surreal & unprofessional. No refund!! Awful place for humans to lodge. It’s no hotel, it’s an apartment block.
