Locația este excelentă. Condițiile de relaxare și servirea la restaurant ireproșabile! Piscina exterioara este utilizabile tot timpul anului. Un sejur minunat oricând efectuat. Vă mulțumesc!

Stafful foarte prietenos și generos, a fost ziua soției mele și ne-au făcut upgrade la cameră gratis , ne-au oferit o cameră foarte spațioasă cu jacuzzi, un ambient plăcut ne-au pregătit cameră cu petale de trandafiri la fel și jacuzzi-ul( aici am plătit extra, dar a meritat pe deplin) , i-au făcut surpriză un lava cake cu un mesaj de la mulți ani , patul a fost excelent , au și servicii de delivery în cameră și mâncarea a fost foarte bună. La micul dejun am avut toate sortimentele de mâncare și din nou a fost foarte bună mâncarea. La spa au un infinity pool foarte frumos cu hidromasaj, un jacuzzi, o piscină interioară și saună care și-au meritat pe deplin banii. Nu știu cum îl cheamă pe domnul de la recepție din data de 25.02.2025 dar ne-a făcut ziua mai bună pentru ca a fost foarte atent și foarte comunicativ. Nota 100000000

Nu există ceva care nu ne-a plăcut. Totul a fost perfect.

"Calitate superioară a locației dar eclipsată"

Am fost încântată de locație, amplasarea sa din punct de vedere geografic și faptul ca este un loc extrem de liniștit.

Nu este prima mea vizită în cadrul incintei, însă după această vizită am rămas puțin dezamăgită. Condițiile și curățenia au rămas la același nivel. Cu toate acestea personalul exprimă destul de multă aroganță când întreabă numărul camerei pentru micul dejun sau pentru accesul la spa. Nu pot să nu apreciez că atunci când am reclamat o problemă legată de servirea unei cafele de la piscină doamna de la recepție a fost foarte drăguță și deschisă. Însă a fost singura experiență plăcută în legătură cu personalul din puținele zilele petrecute acolo.
