1. Apartamentul spațios cu multe dotări si accesorii. Am fost primiți cu șampanie la rece din partea casei 2. Micul dejun foarte variat. 3. Foarte curat si discreția personalului de la curățenie.

Motivele pentru care am depunctat hotelul si am acordat nota7: 1. Suma oprita drept garanție la check-in. Ok. Știam de acest fapt, însă nu am mai întâlnit vreun hotel, in țară sau in străinătate, care sa procedeze in acestă manieră. Se pornește de la premisa de neîncredere. Or fi oameni care distrug sau consuma si nu plătesc, dar sunt excepția. Nu trebuie generalizat. 2. Ziua de spa cu personal neinstruit si fără empatie. Extrem de cald, inclusiv la vestiare, ca apoi sa ieși in aerul rece de afara spre zona de cazare. Ok. Ne-am asumat, însă sănătatea clienților nu este o prioritate pentru conducerea hotelului. 3. Am avut un apartament însă doar living-ul era încălzit, dormitorul nu. Nu este sarcina turistului sa regleze setările căldurii. 4. Check-out-ul m-a făcut să mă simt ca la politie. Deși venisem la recepție cu lista produselor consumate de la minibar, cu buna-credinta, a trebuit sa mai astept încă 10 minute sa se facă control in camera. E inadmisibil sa te porți astfel cu un client care ti-a virat 3500 de lei pe 4 nopți, in avans, neramburabil. In concluzie, nu recomand deloc acest hotel. In general, nu recomand Poiana Brasov.
