The place was nice and new, with complete amenities. It was close to the university where we attend a graduation. The communication with the host was very good indeed and easy. Our stay was satisfactory, some very minor issues but overall experience was excellent..

Good size of property, perfect linens and towels. Good location for our needs.

Lots of things were broken at the property when we arrived, such as chairs, tin opener etc. Communication was good with the owners until I mentioned the broken things and then they stopped communicating at all.

I recently had an incredibly distressing experience with a property booked through Booking.com. The place was filthy and infested with bed bugs, forcing me to find alternate accommodation at the last minute. This entire ordeal caused significant stress, and I had to get all my belongings professionally cleaned to ensure no bed bugs followed me home. Despite the property owners promising a full refund, I have yet to receive any compensation, instead booking.com have charged me with an additional reservation fee. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would advice anyone thinking of using booking.com to think twice.

.We had major issues with this house: 1- The house was full of bed bugs/wasps. Although, we informed the landlord, he denied it and asked for proof. After sending him photos he said nothing. 2- From the first day, the shower head was removed. He never fixed the shower head. I fixed it temporarily but came off again. 3- The Wi-Fi was awful, 1.8 MB. 4- There was no Netflix or any other package a part from a TV. 5- The garden was used by a neighbour to grow stuff and they would come regularly through the next door's fence as they lived next door. 5- The garden is full of empty buckets and messy stuff. The table and chairs there are terrible. 6- There was no hoover in the house. When asked why, I was told because it is cleaned once a week. 7. There was not drying rail. The guy promised to get one, he never did. 8- Because of the state of the house, especially bed bugs that made it unboreable, we cancelled the second lot of booking for another 6 days.

it was only the location that we liked but had no value when compared against the state of the house.
