USBreakfast was superb!! Very good, excellent service. Great location with mountains. Easy to get there with GPS. Beautiful landscape. Quiet and peaceful.
Cleaningness in our cabin could have been better: ceiling lamp had webs, old carpets, stained tub, and floor corners could get a deeper cleaning. The coffee pot was dirty. Stained sheets. Perhaps new beds. A bit more “cariño” would have enhanced my experience. Why not another serving of coffee for the second day of stay? I just want La Hacienda to do better and show how proud we are of our island and offerings.

Rooms are outdated. They are in need of some work. Pool could use a heater. You can hear absolutely everything from your room.
USThe place was very unique. Decor was original and antique in style. Sheets and towels were clean and cafe area had delicious treats. The staff in breakfast area were very nice and attentive. The pool area was nicely maintained.
The hacienda itself had poor lighting. No natural light and very poor lighting inside the cabin. Kind of depressing in the mornings. The bar area was not opened and the hot tub was not “hot”. No housekeeping was provided during stay. Fresh towels had to be requested at the office area and a trade off was done. No pool towels are provided.
USUSUSThe environment is excellent, clean air. I'm a patient of respiratory problems, and the air up in those mountains was perfect. Not to mention the coffee hacienda around the vicinity and nearest town. Recommend. The cafe Restaurant own by Diana and Co. Marvelous.

PRPRWe loved it! The villa represents the wooden homes that we still can find in mountainous areas of the island. The Jibarito's villas include all the comforts of modern living. Their restaurant offers great delicious food. Their coffee is outstanding! Definitely going back soon.
They used to offer tours of the farm and rides to the waterfalls. Regretfully, they no longer have a working farm nor the rides to the waterfall.
PRPlace is very nice and beautiful scenery, staff was nice specifically at the dinner. Facilities were clean.
You could hear every noise coming from the halls, very loud and echoy people were partying tilln5am and we could not sleep. Bed and pillows were extremely hard and unconfortable.
USthis property is so beautiful , not the hotels fail but lots of bugs made is uncomfy to sleep, woke up with mosquito bites all over. everything else to the pool was amazing. the cafe and drinks are made with love.
