Not much to do on the Hacienda, we waited a long time for breakfast to be served. The prices are a little high, but the food is good so it's good to keep that in mind.
PRI like the area. It was clean and well kept. Restaurants served great coffee and food. Rustic rooms.
No pool towels. Bed was uncomfortable with a plastic mattress cover and sheets that did not fit well or stay in place.

USThis hotel could be a great place but it needs an update and attention to details. I liked the views, the fresher climate at the mountains.
The room smelled like it was closed for a long time, it looked like it was not properly cleaned, the shower area was not pretty, the soap shelf was loose, the electric outlet at the bathroom did not work, the bed was hard, and the Mattress had a plastic cover (not comfy, made me miss my bed at home) the bedsheets and the bed cover had stains as well as the towels. In the early morning hours (about 6 am) the staff would be talking loud in the halls near the rooms. One of the weekend nights they had a rock band and loud music until midnight, although the place is supposed to be a relaxing place. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee nor cups nor anything else needed to use it. Not worth the money spent. I would never stay here again. The other couple that went with us was not pleased and had higher expectations of this place.
