I do not like anything and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I have been to many hotels /accommodations during my 45 years but this is the worst place I have been. I am shocked how rating in Booking can be so high ! Booking team needs to check the reviews as according to me reviews are not realistic

The fact how we were treated - they took as deposit 250 and after that on the check out we were suppose to throw our garbage and clean the apartment which is not indicated anywhere ! On the check out, staff come and start counting glasses and dishes .....which is for me absolutely ridiculous. Bed sheets were not put on the bed when we come in the room and we were suppose to put them on the bed. This is at least the smallest thing staff need to prepare in your room when you pay 100 euro per night ! We were 3 nights and the first night heating in the room was not working and during winter time this is a big issue. Temperature was 14 degrees in the room during the night and I become sick ! Who will compensate me for this in case 1 out of 3 nights, facility did not provide us normal conditions to live in the studio. You cannot even go and use the lobby or have any support on site as the reception is opened only 4 hours during the check in/out hours. After that they close reception and the access to the lobby ! You cannot rely on any support ......
