Deep Sea Residence

The host are very welcoming and friendly. Ready to help and support (for what they can) on the issues and requests. The view of the sea from the terrace is very nice. I believe that have breakfast there in summer time is fantastic, but due to the temperature in October... we couldn't. The pool seems nice as well but we didn't used. The shower in our apartment was ok.

Considering the price paid for our accommodation (more then 115,00 euro/night... in October, we expected much more. We strongly suggest to urgently change pillows and mattress. Impossible to sleep and have rest. Very old and very bad quality (at least on apartment No. 2 (we we stayed) with two bedrooms). We stayed 2 nights (Fri-Sun) but how is possible to make noise on repairs and maintenance of the swimming pool area starting from 7 o'clock of the Saturday? Before to enter in the apartments, shall be informed all the guests that anyway they are not at their home. Shall be maintained also respect for the other guest avoiding noises specially during the resting time (and in vacation in general). Due to the walls so tin and not at all soundproofed, the dogs shall be forbidden. However, each talk and noise can be easily listen everything from the other apartments. Privacy zero! Then, one of our neighbors was talking by phone from 06.45 on Sunday MORNING!!! as he was alone on entire complex. Talking so loud.... for 45 minutes. Then considering the beds and pillows... No rest at all. We escaped as soon was possible to come back home and have a proper rest. The 2nd room is without any window. just created and not showed in photos that are made very professional and honestly do not reflect reality. How is possible to don't have a bidet in toilet in an accommodations in Italy?? Old and holey table cloths. Absolutely nothing around! Without car, you cannot stay on Deep Sea Residence. The sea is anyway far and the beach can be reached only by car. While, if you don't care of all above.... Deep Sea Residence is your place where to stay!!

When we arrived someone was there to let us in to the property. We didn't see anybody after that, and arranged by text to leave the key at the property on the morning we left. There didn't seem to be any way of contacting anyone!

Great location, so close to the sea! Just a few minutes away from a nice beach. Easy parking outside. The owner was absolutely brilliant and very welcoming. It was such a hot day and she made sure there was fresh water in the fridge and the air con on.
