Amazing place with beautiful sea views

Perfect location. Very quiet.

The location. Just in front of the sea. Yes, there was a pool, and a very nice garden. Absolutely. But nothing could've beaten that view. Last and first thing you see, is the sea. Gorgeous balcony, we had a very nice aperitivo with that view.

Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool because of a private family event. That was a shame.

The location was quiet and peaceful. It was not in walking distance of any shops or restaurants but it it was not far to Agrigento and surrounding areas by car. The apartment was comfortable and there were good views from the balcony. The swimming pool was a bonus.

It would have been better had there been a larger inside living space but it was fine for what we needed.

Comfortable bedroom with adjacent terrace, well away from major residential areas (but not a barking dog!). Great value, with off-street parking. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom size was good - although large drawers provided, it would have been nice to have had some bench space (the whole vanity top is ceramic - when it is inevitably damaged it will likely be difficult to replace).

The 'kitchen' was inadequate - quite small with limited pots/ utensils and no kettle/jug, toaster or microwave (all inexpensive but fundamental kitchen appliances). There was no external ventilation of the cooktop nor light under the cupboards (when at the bench, you worked in your own shadow. Whilst the standard of the building was good (masonry with tiled floors), cheap fittings had been used - particularly the mixer taps, which were almost frozen and should be replaced. A filthy dish cloth was provided. The bed sheet was too small for the bed size (bottom sheet was OK).

Very clean area in the yard, amazing sea view, clean pool, helpful staff, cosy, calm place, big terrace.

30min by car to Aggrigento, no local food store, the closest one was 5km away.
