Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Bookings of 3 or more apartments are considered group bookings and a 25% deposit (nonrefundable) will be debited from the guest's card at the time of booking. Please note the entrance to the car park is steep. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. Please note that the only pets we welcome are dogs. Unfortunately, cats and any other pets are not allowed at Posh Pads. It is the guest's responsibility to check what pets are welcome and we will refuse any other pets upon check-in, with no reimbursement for the stay. Note that dogs are allowed where notice has been given prior to arrival. Posh Pads reserve the right to not let dogs stay if we haven't had notice at least 24 hours before check-in time (15:00). Additional charge of £20/night and dog or £100/week and dog if staying 7 nights or more (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
