Central location, steps away from Liverpool One’s restaurants & shops. Huge living area/kitchen.

The location and the apartment size

The noise from the road was intense. Even with all windows closed it was as if the buses, revellers and boy racers were in your flat! I managed to sleep from 12am to 4am... the noise was ridiculous. They need to sort out double glazing and insulation.

Very open - everything there that you needed. Parking facilities on site was a bonus.

There was no mirror near a plug to look in whilst drying your hair. It would have been nice to have had more milk and teabags but everything else great.

We loved the space as opposed to a hotel room. It was also very central so easy to get everywhere. Great restaurant & bar downstairs. Comfortable bed, nice bed linen & good shower/ towels. We loved the comfortable living area.

Could do with more body wash/shampoo. A bit more milk in the fridge (2 of our sachets has already been opened) & possibly some bottled water would be a nice touch. The main bedroom was quite dark & there was no obvious place to sit & do hair & makeup. There was no plug socket near a mirror. We were in a front bedroom so the road noise kept us awake as the windows aren’t well sealed. We would request a back bedroom next time.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are very nicely furnished. Offers a safe environment for ladies travelling alone Location is perfect both for shops and night life.

Apartment was perfectly located for everything central, we walked to the docks and the cavern club and bars and it was 14 mins from Anfield. The apartment had everything we needed, hairdryer, iron and ironing board etc and the balcony was huge with a great view.

Could have done with some more pans in the kitchen but only because we were cooking breakfast for us all.
