Deluxe apartments at the Congress

Location is what saved the place from being terrible.

The particular room was a wreck. The lock to one of the doors was broken.

I called the host to give me fresh towels for the room but he declined the call and texted that he was close and will contact me in the morning. thankfully I was given beach towel to borrow from the guy at the front desk.

Location is in the heart of south beach

I only rented this place because it was on the beach .. didn’t like that we really couldn’t use the pool .. you couldn’t bring your own drinks up there .. when I’m staying in a condo / hotel .. I want to bring my drinks to the pool area .. I shouldn’t be forced to have there’s ..

This is the perfect location if you are going to Miami to party a lot and enjoy the beach/pool. It's in the heart of the action, It's a cross the street from the beach, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs that are close by, there is a great bar right underneath the hotel as well. If there are any issues the owners are easy to get in touch with.

The place is pretty run down, the rooms definitely seemed more up kept in the pictures, which was disappointing. There was a whole in the wall, the sofa bed was a futon which was broken so only 1 person could sleep in it instead of 2 and the sliding doors from the bedroom to the bathroom were also broken. If your going to spend a lot of time in your room I do not recommend.

the location and staff was superb.

The shower didn’t have any cold water just hot , the room was very cold a lot . the tub wasn’t clean and there wasn’t enough supplies as in toilet paper and wash cloths .

The Location was good,because is central The attention in front desk from Augusto was excellent !!!

Loved the location!

This isn't great for a long term stay. No cleaning service unless you pay $80, so your towels remain dirty. No paper towels offered for the kitchen, and only one roll of toilet paper is provided. No laundry facilities either, so not a great space for families or long stays. The ceiling also started leaking and it was difficult to communicate with the host.
