Really cozy and has a beautiful balcony mountain view

The air condition was missing. It gets super hot in summer apparently and affects the coziness. There also should be a window in the bathroom that lets in fresh air and not more hot air because it is built to just reveal an empty isulated space in the building

The only positive thing was the big bathroom and bathtub.

The apartment felt very old in comparison with the main hotel. It was dusty and seemed like it wasn't used for a long time. Could have been better cleaned. When we arrived, we were told that the village was mostly paid parking and that the nearest free parking was 300mts away. We ended up paying 10€/day for their parking lot that also turned out to be 300mts away from the residence... Definitely go for the free parking 300mts away, it's near the bus and train station. Stairs for the level up were a bit tight and a bit dangerous. 2 out of the 4 kitchen hobs weren't working. We didn't cook much but if we're paying, we still expect everything to be up and running.

Location,you can reach many attractions in both Austria and Italy,in center of the town.Car park under the building with elevator with a fee .

The apartment ( in Silva building attached to posts building separating from hotel building across the street)with tow rooms is at the top floor (4) one of them is really small with lower selling most of the windows is in high level of the normal men hight . Kitchen have no Toaster and Microwave.
