I loved the exceptionally warm welcome and organization by the community

Great location. Central in San Candido. Very close to bus with supermarket, tourism office close by. Very nice shops and delicious food at local cafes. Very comfortable and spacious apartment.

Would have preferred not to navigate spiral staircase to loft bedroom.

The property is very nice; the location is exceptional and the staff was very helpful and professional.

I try very hard to be objective with my reviews in order to be fair to the property as well as to the future potential customers so this is my opinion based upon my stay. We are in our 70’s and I have issues with my legs. The room that we were given was on the top floor of the Residence section of this property. Normally not a problem but the elevator was out of order twice during our stay. Our room, 512, had a very narrow spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and toilet so for me, an issue. Lastly, 512 is the furthest room from the Wi-Fi router on that floor so our signal strength was awful and the few early mornings that I was able to get on with one bar, it went on and off so frequently that I wasn’t even able to send off an email. Did I request another room? Yes but I was told that the property was completely booked.

Size of the room and location were great

The room smelled like animal, we tried to air it out but it was very strong. Dogs are allowed so not sure if the previous tenant had pets on the furniture but we had to put a sheet over the couch to feel comfortable sitting on it.
