LunArena Barefoot Comfort

A lovely hotel right off the beach, super relaxed atmosphere and everything you need at hand. Staff is exceptional and will bring you food and drinks on the beach. They give beach chairs too. Quiet nights of high quality sleep. Breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset from the balcony (our room was on the third floor). Awesome kitesurfing spot.

My room didn’t include a hammock as shown on the picture and the balcony was a bit dirty.

LunArea was incredibly laidback and peaceful. A beautiful location and only a short walk to a gorgeous beach. The staff were very frienedly and accomodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Can't wait to go back!!

The music playing at breakfast was a bit much. Quietly, listening to the sound of the waves on the beach would have been more relaxing first thing in the morning

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at LunArena a lot! We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could've stayed longer. The staff is super friendly and always smiling. It's a 15-20 min walk to most restaurants and little shops, but in return, it gives a super quiet area and beautiful beach in a 2 min walk with almost nobody around. The room is big and very comfortable. We loved the hammock on the balcony to relax. There is a big fridge and furnish for if you want to buy some groceries.

Everything was really good. Just if we have to give some little feedback: The fridge is quite loud, so we unplugged it every time before we went to bed. A small towel could be a good addition in the kitchen.

Amazing views. Right near the beach. Loved the suspended bed! Staff were friendly.

The food could have been better, for the price. Coffee was not great. We found other places to eat and drink nearby.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Location next to the beach is wonderful. Nice decorations in the room.

Even if included, if you don't ask for the items on the breakfast list, you will not get them. We would prefer a room on the top floor, bit were told, it was not possible to change.

Immaculate room that was cleaned everyday. Very spacious room with great bed, clean sheets and good aircon. We asked for a room with a fridge and they kindly moved us to a room with one albeit the room did not have such a nice view. Shower and bathroom were great. Hotel is quiet at the end of the beach road, about 1km walk to many restaurants. Beach access was private and chairs and shade provided, wonderful. Breakfast good choice of options but be patient as all come on Mexico time. Free beach towels for use on your trip.

Pool was nice but right next to restaurant/breakfast area. Room has no kettle. Were given room with no fridge. Staff were helpful but limited English or customer service training, they were all however very kind. Limited choices in El Cuyo and value for money was OK.
