A bit pricey

Great location, calm, clean, spacious room.

Drinks price list was not clearly presented. Price of wine was a “surprise” after getting the order (overprized).

Location. Views

Personal was always late. Breakfast was at 7am but they arrived around 20 to 30min later. Our booking had a fridge and kitchen but at the room there was no fridge and not even a pan and not even cups. We had to wait one day until we got what we paid. The personal had no proactive actitud to solve the problem. The drinks prices at the hotel are over the sky for a simple drink you paid 240 pesos. The owner should control the personal more closely. The new employee a german women was the only one with good ideas to solve the problem.

Beautiful view, comfortable bed, nice lighting and minimalist decor, quick access to the beach, on site parking, good air con and fridge, and access to sister hotel for breakfast and additional pool was a good touch

No kettle in the room, this room is on the edge of the Jungle (be aware El Cuyo has a lot of insects so don’t leave any doors open)

The room was extremely comfortable, quiet, beautiful Jungle view with sunset & hammock every night ( I was on the 3rd floor). I had initially checked in for 2 nights and immediately extended my stay by 4 more nights upon arrival because it was so fantastic, as was the beach!

The restaurant service was a little off / slower but the food and setting were all very nice. I understand slower service is the nature of Mexico...

they supplied breakfast and beach chairs close access to the beach the best staff did not work there but at the kite school which also runs out of the common area.

definitely not as advertised. no roof top. no working fridge. poor parking area. pool in the middle of eating area plus tons of no see ums. after first breakfast lots of bites. sink and shower area had mold stains and smelled musty no tile work just bare concrete they supply roof top at sister hotel up the street but not at the hotel you are staying at. also not a very convenient location to anything.

Great location next to the beach

Needs updating as everything is old and a bit broken. The kitchen is almost useless as they give you one fork, one spoon and one glass and one pot only. Impossible to cook . Pool is small and funky.
