Location - on the quieter and emptier side away from town and beach. But there’s other places this side too that I’d rather pay for sorry :(

Never had a hot shower once. Water issues both days we were there (no water). Dirty pool at half its capacity - very sad, very gross and made the main hotel area just look sad. Kitchen is hardly a kitchen - they barely care - odd numbers of cutlery, one bowl and not even a knife to cut things. No glasses. The stove didn’t work there was no coffee maker as advertised. When we complained in the morning they said they would get to it immediately and never did until we had to ask again and again and we finally were given a coffee maker and then it didn’t work. They couldn’t even just plug it in to see if it worked before giving it to us. We asked for the room to be cleaned . It was not. The entire day until the next day. Sad . At least leave a broom so we can sweep out beach sand ourselves or something. Breakfast was disappointing - they didn’t have many ingredients or juice left , barely any fruit . Then there a hair in the scrambled eggs. And it took another 20 mins to make a new plate of scrambled eggs. We ate breakfast in town the next day. This is just not a place worth $105 - $140 plus taxes and fees . No way.

We loved the location, away from the town center but very close to several restaurants and bars. Also it felt like we had our own private beach just a few steps from the hotel because hardly anyone was on the beach. Also the staff were amazing, especially the young man Naoom who served breakfast every morning. The view from our balcony with the hammock was the best part of the stay, a highlight of our time in Mexico?!

The swinging bed was really fun to spend time on but similar to other reviews the swinging when tossing and turning did wake us up a few times at night. I thought about taking the bed off the hooks to put it on the ground but did not because it's heavy. Maybe they could include a rope and tether point for people to make the bed stationary if they have trouble sleeping?

The location was nice and the breakfast was tasty. We stayed two nights and took a trip from here to the Rio Lagartos.

The bed was not attached to the ground, it was more of a swing and it was impossible to sleep well. Unfortunately, we didn't notice it in the photos and thought that the ropes were just decorations. The staff does not speak English, a printed breakfast menu would be helpful so that we could at least translate it, as we did not understand the staff at all.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the place is really isolated and beautiful. The staff was really nice, but smiles are not always enough.

Frequent water shortage, super weak wifi and a very limited restaurant menu. To be honest the breakfast plates were so tiny that it did not invite us to try anything else.

for the price I would expect drinking water, a blow drier, coffee maker. a clean pool

room with sea view, bed hanged on lines, hammock on balcony, close to beautiful sandy beach without seaweeds
