LunArena Barefoot Comfort

Great access to the gorgeous empty beach, located at the end of the town. Yummy food and cool setting. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

First night in a room we were not happy with as fronted the lobby (no privacy and noisy) and damp / unfresh air. Watch out for the mosquitoes!

The situation of LunArena is exceptional at the end of the beach front street in El Cuyo next to a biosphere reserve and almost with your feet on the beach. All personnel are service minded and attentive to your needs, Ana, one of the managers speak English and is very helpful and has a good knowledge of the activities and services you get and participate in El Cuyo. They have in their rooms those hanging beds, we never had tried them before but we loved it, to be rocked like in a crib like bed is nice and relax. We will be back to LunArena.

View from terrace was lovely.

No hot water on first day, no water at all on second day. Restaurant was hit or miss. Cold, weak coffee. Good food delivered without eating utensils. Guacamole was really green goddess dressing! Room was described as having a kitchen but no knives? No coffee maker even though room description included one. If the room was $40, then OK. For $120 we expect much better.
