our heat didn’t work , no one reviewed the paperwork of numbers to call at check in. Explained the passes to the Athletic Center. Just a suggestion, put the number for Maintenance to call in the frame above the thermostate . It would be the logical place . I told them at check out it didn’t seem to be of importance. I paid 186 more than I should have as I booked prior to knowing the Special Olympics Rate which was 200 per night , and was unable to cancel and rebook direct . I was there to volunteer for the games.

The location is great if you want to be in the middle of the action of the town. Walk to restaurants shops skating. The views were beautiful. It was spacious. The heat worked very well on a very frigid weekend.

On arrival unit had crumbs on the couch, a dirty dining table and coffee grounds in the pot. It happens, and the rest of the unit seemed fine. The units are showing years of use. Just be aware of the hockey tournaments every weekend brings lots of yelling kids which isn’t for everyone. Didn’t bother us too much.

The condos are beyond old….decrepit….poorly stocked….no frying pan….a heating system that was so loud ….very sub par lighting….one lamp could only be turned on/off by unplugging…old everything! For a modern price. Will look elsewhere next time

When it was waaaaay too cold for kids, we were able to use the indoor pool and hot tubs, so it wasn’t a waste of a weekend. There are plenty of things to do in the area.

Our 3 floor condo had one heat zone, and for it to be habitable on the first floor in the kitchen, the third floor was HOT. We’ve stayed in town square condos before (2 level) and didn’t have that issue. Also, the noise in the hallway is a thing. Lots of families up for hockey so they are in/out late into the evening.

Location, room size and configuration and staff helpfulness

It was fine, lots of stairs for someone that may have a problem with that.

Great facility for a family vacations. Easy to check-in and checkout even it is after their working hours. Plenty of free parking near the condos. They have elevator facility only to 2nd floor from 1st floor. Center of the place is excellent with lots of shops and free area for kids to play OR family gatherings. Lake is an excellent attraction. Next to this facility there are 2 restaurants. One is Indian cuisine with reasonable prices. Staff were so supportive and friendly.

It was little tricky to navigate through the area for the first time. No lift to 3rd floor where actual rooms are available. Have to walk by steps and carry all the luggage through steps only. All bedrooms are with either queen size OR twin beds. Each condo has 3 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms. Pedestal fans were available in each room but few were not in working condition. Pool & hot bath tub and other extra activities are not in the same area. Need to travel little distance for those.
