"Great family time spent in a basic condo unit definitely showing its age"

Love that everything is basically walkable and unit has most things needed for cooking

Kitchen equipment is old and limited poor quality linens and pillows kept requesting additional blankets bc unit was cold never received them

"The old time with a lot of New England fall color."

I've been to this place for 4 times. It is right inside the white mountain area and this quiet town is so beautiful. And the foliage in the Waterville valley itself is worth a visit. We like the athlete club so u can enjoy some tennis, pool and shower.

The equipment around the rooms are out of date. Hope they can slowly replace some of them, at least the hair dryer with empty back.

The towels were good.

There was a weird smell and it was very stuffy in the condo. The couches were gross and the beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up with some bumps on my shoulder and I'm not sure if they are bug bites or from something else there. I would never stay there again.
