Like many other apartments in the area, this one is located near the central street (the town is quite small, so most listings are in or around the center). Despite that, the apartment itself was quiet. And I also want to add that after publishing this review, I received a very unpleasant message from the owner, which, unfortunately, worsened my opinion about this apartment even more.

The biggest downside was the very weak air conditioning. With outdoor temperatures above +30 °C, the A/C units barely cooled the rooms, making it difficult to sleep at night. What made things worse was that the host insisted that we turn off all electricity – including the air conditioning – every time we left the apartment, even just for a short evening walk. This felt very unreasonable and showed a clear priority for saving costs over guest comfort. The kitchen was unbearably hot during the day as there was no air conditioning at all. There was no wardrobe in the apartment where clothes could be hung. Another unpleasant situation was the payment: we had agreed in advance to pay in euros, but upon arrival, the host demanded payment in lari. The hygiene products in the bathroom were also disappointing – the single-use shower gels looked like leftovers from previous guests. The bottles were half-empty, crumpled, and even contained a mix of different colored liquids in one container. It would honestly be better not to leave anything at all in that condition. Lastly, the view from the window was quite intimidating – photo attached. And I also want to add that after publishing this review, I received a very unpleasant message from the owner, which, unfortunately, worsened my opinion about this apartment even more.

Fantastic place to stay, with a private entrance and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing small meals. The room, bathroom, and kitchen are comfortably sized, and there's also a terrace. The entrance yard is beautifully arranged with flowers and a seating area—perfect for relaxing with a drink. The host is absolutely lovely—very warm and helpful. We were treated to delicious khachapuri straight from the oven, easily the best we've ever had. A full breakfast is also available as an option. We liked both the host and the place so much that we decided to extend our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and super clean place, spacious bathroom and terrace. Host was so nice and this place located 5 mins walking distance from city centre. Really nice stay

The location and the helpful friendly staff were fabulous. The shakshuka breakfast and Turkish coffee are next level and an absolute must. Maka is fabulous and helpful. We loved every minute. Highly recommend.

A very well equipped apartment run by lovely women who were so helpful. Room is super clean with the added bonus of a washing machine which was a welcome addition. Location is brilliant, so close to everything but also quiet. Very lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Great location, clean, friendly and helpful host.

It’s a small issue but the clothes dryer in the room was rusted and so when I hung my t shirt on it to dry after washing it became stained with rust stains. I’ve tried to get them out but it seems permanent.
