Great location in Kutaisi. The room was large and clean. We booked this room so that we could use the washing machine - the washing machine was broken in the original room we were allocated so they gave us a different room with a working machine which was great. We also had a microwave, kettle and sandwich press which was a bonus. The hosts were very friendly.

Stayed for a week. Location is just perfect as it is just within walking distance to the city centre. Lovely garden, friendly staff.

The staff was so warm! And the place was so cute, they also gave us a free upgrade. Super nice!

Great stay in the city center! The location was perfect for exploring the area. The host was very nice and welcoming. The place was clean and had a good atmosphere — felt very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

It's a very cosy and clean little hotel with helpful owner and great location.

Central location, spacious apartment, well equipped (microwave, washing machine etc.) with a super nice owner. Stable wifi. It was cold and snowy outside but the apartment was warm and cozy. There is a terrace (could be nice in summer). On our last day we received a home made chaczapuri from the owner. It was delicious and the gesture was very sweet.

I wish there was some laundry detergent, because even though there was a washing machine we couldn't use it without buying a whole package. Some tea would be nice since there is a kettle. Also on one day there were some workers outside and they were quite noisy (unfortunately we were working so we were inside for the most of the day and we could hear them. It might not be an issue if you're sightseeing the whole day). Overall nothing too bad. I would still recommend this place.
