Daytona Beach studio condo with beautiful Ocean view

Loved the view and that it has beach access. The staff at the front desk were very nice.

Floors were dirty, was swept but hadn't been mopped and it was nasty.

Room was beautiful and clean, Rachel was awesome at responding to any questions and allowed us to check in early which was very appreciated since we arrived a few hours earlier than expected!

Restaurant was never open, condo was renting units fo r 90.00$ a night. Not 200.00

Pool and location

Loved the location on the beach and the Music and Tiki Bar.

Elevators were slow and you usually had to wait on them.

The location was amazing! tons of things to do, close to the boardwalk and the condo sits right on the beach. The pool and tiki bar are great!

We were told there was an umbrella in the room because we were going to bring one if there wasn't, and the umbrella that was in the room was broken and I am feeling like the host knew it was broken. It just made sitting on the beach mid day harder than it had to be with my two kids.

The bad: It's Not a condo!! It's a hotel! There was No washer, dryer or stove/oven in the room! In fact The kitchen is where the bathroom sink is located, next to the kitchen sink!? The ok: There was however, a patron coin operated laundry for use. There was a portable, single electric cooktop found in a bottom cabinet. A traditional coffee maker too. The refrigerator/freezer combo was the small office or dorm style type. The good: Our room had a dehumidifier next to the AC which was a nice touch! The location is very good! Our room had a balcony with an ocean view and it looks as though almost all the rooms have one too; (the exception being the ground floor of course). The bed and futon were both very comfortable!! It has an outside, beach front bar, that also serves some food. There is an inside one as well but, it wasn't open. We would consider it again!
