The location was good. It's was clean

When there was a problem there was no one there to help. We booked it thru a date and they make it to that day.

it was on the ocean and the property was clean.

As a whole the property and room were in need of a remodel and very wore down. It looks like it was built in the 60s-70s and they have been limping it along every since. While the advertisement of it having an ocean and pool view were technically true, it was misleading as the main view from the balcony was the parking lot. There is a washer and dryer on the facilities, but not in the room. Wish I could share a few more pics of the overall condition, but limited to just a few.

"bed was comfortable and room was cute just needed some maintenance work done to upkeep it"
